The Ledgewood Hills Observer
Ledgewood Hills Jul 2006

Take your pick -- the official site at ledgewoodhills.com, which contains hardly any useful information, or this unofficial, unrecognized, ostracized site, which is getting you information on a regular basis. It's your choice. (Or just search for "Ledgewood Hills" in most search engines and click the #1 item.)

Ledgewood Hills is a condominium development in Nashua, New Hampshire, off West Hollis Street. It is managed by Foxfire Property Management, PO Box 1438, Concord, NH 03302, email at rearley / a t / foxfirenh.com.

The condominum fee is $320.00 per month in 2012.

Useful phone numbers (all of the 603 numbers are local calls in Nashua):

Fallen tree on power lines

Newly paved parking lot

Stop sign runners. There are a few idiots who run stop signs at well over the 20 MPH speed limit, figuring there's no cop there. Those people pose a serious danger. Watch out for them. Unfortunately, I don't think any of them read this site (or anything more challenging than comics), and there's a good chance they don't even live here.

Maintenance emergency phone calls should be made to the clubhouse office. Hours for finding Bob there in person are Monday, 8:30 to 9:30 AM, and Thursday, 3:30 to 4:30 PM, but calls can be made at any time.

Trash pickup is on Mondays. The December newsletter doesn't mention any variations.

Christmas tree pickup will be on Monday, January 9.

Owners' meetings are at 7:00 PM on the third Wednesday of each month at the Clubhouse.

Ledgewood Hills Apr 2006None of the above is official information. It could go out of date if for some reason I'm unable to maintain the site. Please check with the management office to confirm any important information.

This is not an official site for Ledgewood Hills. I'm a resident and unit owner at maintaining this page as a public source of information on it. I can be contacted at garym at mcgath dot com.

Please don't ask me for advice about buying or renting units, planning parties at the clubhouse, selecting plants, winning on the tennis courts, or anything else about Ledgewood Hills other than the information on this website. I'm no more qualified to give advice than any other resident you might pick at random.
