Ledgewood Hills is a condominium development in Nashua, New Hampshire, off West Hollis Street. It is managed by Foxfire Property Management, PO Box 1438, Concord, NH 03302, email at foxfirepm3 / a t / usa.net.
The condominum fee is $277.00 per month, increasing to $290.00 in 2008.

Emergency phone calls should be made to the clubhouse office. Clubhouse office hours are Monday, 8:30 to 9:30 AM, and Thursday, 3:30 to 4:30 PM.

This is not an official site for Ledgewood Hills. I'm a resident and unit owner at maintaining this page as a public source of information on it. I can be contacted at garym at mcgath dot com.
Recently ledgewoodhills.com became free, and I snagged it. It points (or should point shortly) to this site.
I will assign ledgewoodhills.com to the Ledgewood Hills Condominium Association at no charge upon request. Previously the board had let a real estate broker snag it through their inaction, and I didn't want to see that happen again.
